Brewing Joy for Moms & Little Ones at Mia’s Place | New Hartford, NY

An unforgettable morning in New Hartford filled with coffee, community, and smiles.

There are some events that feel bigger than coffee, and this was one of them. Old Dog Coffee Company served drinks to an incredible group of mothers and their children in a space built for connection and play. From the first pour to the last sip, the energy was warm, welcoming, and full of life. It was a morning that reminded us exactly why we started doing what we do.

A Community-Focused Gathering

When The Mom Walk Collective of Utica invited Old Dog Coffee Company to be part of a meet up at Mia’s Place, we knew it would be a good opportunity to get into the community. The space was filled with moms connecting, sharing stories, and enjoying themselves while their children played. These gatherings are about more than just getting out of the house. They’re about building community and supporting one another.

We loved seeing the conversations flowing just as easily as the coffee. There’s something powerful about creating a space where moms feel seen, appreciated, and energized. Being able to contribute to that atmosphere with our drinks made the experience even more meaningful. It truly felt like a collaboration centered around care, connection, and community.

Caffeinating the Moms Who Do It All

Moms show up every day in ways that often go unnoticed, and it felt incredible to give something back to them, even in a small way. We served our signature drinks to help them power through their morning. Seeing each mom take that first sip and smile was the kind of feedback that means the most to us.

Watching everyone walk around with Old Dog Coffee Company cups in hand, chatting and laughing, was a reminder of the role coffee can play in bringing people together. It’s not just caffeine, its connection, comfort, and a little pause in the day. We’re proud to be a part of those moments.

Little Surprises for the Kids

Of course, we couldn’t forget about the kids. One of the highlights of the morning was surprising them with hot chocolates and babyccinos topped with fun bear latte art. Their reactions were priceless with big smiles and a lot of excitement. It’s those small touches that can make a big impression, especially for little ones.

We love finding ways to make our service fun and memorable for every age. Seeing children happily sipping their drinks while their moms enjoyed a well-earned coffee made the event feel complete. It was a simple reminder that our mobile cart can be for the whole family.

Moments like these are exactly why Old Dog Coffee Company exists. We love to bring people together, create memorable experiences, and serve something meaningful in every cup. We’re grateful to have been part of such a special morning and can’t wait to bring that same energy to future events.
